Wheel Block System

The wheel block DRS 200 weighs 35.7kg and has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 10t. It is divided into driven wheels and non-driven wheels. The wheel types include double flange, single flange, V-shaped wheel, flangeless (optional guide wheel), hydropur tyres, polyurethane wheel, polyamide wheel, ductile iron wheel, etc.

Wheel type classification

The driven wheel has various types of splines (customizable) to transmit the power of the motor to the wheel.

Non-driven wheels are generally solid or hollow and are driven by the drive wheel to move

The wheel set DRS 200 can be connected at the top, side, pin, or end, and can match most equipment.

Wheel set composition

Box: Made of ductile iron, asymmetrical design, easy to install and replace, the anti-rust paint on the surface ensures that the wheel box can be used normally in a humid and greasy environment. The box has sufficient installation holes reserved, and some fixed holes have been installed.

Bearings: Tapered roller bearings are used for smoother operation, and sufficient grease is applied to the bearing mounting area.

Torque bracket: It ensures a stronger connection between the travel wheel and the equipment.
